I usually reply within 24 hours on working days. Ideally, please include a brief reference to the scope of the project in your message.

Do you also offer short-term projects/support?

Yes, depending on my workload, I can also take on short-term projects. Just write to me with the keyword “URGENT” in the subject line.

What information should I include in my request?

Ideally, a brief project description, the desired timing and any existing documents (e.g. briefing, website URL or references).

Can we call in advance or arrange a zoom meeting?

Yes, with pleasure. Send me an appointment proposal for a free initial consultation – whether by phone or video call. You can also just send me your phone number and tell me to call you back.

In which languages can I contact you?

You can write to me in German or English – both are no problem.
